  I went for lunch after seeing a write up in FL today newspaper TGIF section. I ordered the philly cheese steak as it was featured in the newspaper. The waitress informs me they are our of french fries and I would get chips instead. The sandwich was not good and did not look at all like the photo in the ad. I saw almost no cheese, maybe a few onions and peppers and the meat was dry! The chips were wet! While eating I overheard the only other diners complaining about being overcharged where the waitress then says she can't credit his card because the manager wasn't there....She then overcharged me as well. On top of all of this the waitress wasn't acting right at all. I normally wouldn't make an accusation like this unless it is very apparent but it seems she was under the influence of something.....I won't be returning and will inform my friends of the poor food and service experience.

  The food, staff and entertainment. Is the best in this area. I strongly suggest going on Thursday and Friday nights for karaoke. Best fun you can have.
