  I've lived near this McD's for over 4yrs and it's gone down hill the entire time. It's the slowest one in the area, the food is barely edible and usually makes me sick, your lucky if your fries are hot, the help is not usually friendly or apologetic when they get your order wrong but will most likely give YOU an attitude for wanting them to correct it. I only go there for breakfast items out of sheer desperation and than regret it. The management will even give you an attitude if you try to complain about the food or service. It's DEF the worst. Go there at your own risk!!! I'm more a BK fan!!

  Always slow took 11min to get 1drink it's a frinchise store owners don't care was told to go to another MCd's if I don't like the service worse 1 in cocoa stay away if you don't have a few hours for lunch

  It's funny how the service and friendliness of the local McDonald's is a direct reflection of the neighborhood the McDonald's is in. For example the McDonald's on Dixon in Cocoa is as hood and ghetto As It Gets. If you can make it out of there without getting cursed at sneered at shot or stabbed you did good enjoy your meal you will Live Another Day
